General Guidelines

Once an activity has started, it cannot be paused, modified, or canceled.
If you choose not to attend your scheduled activity, no refund will apply.
Failure to be present at the coordinated times for the activity will be classified as a "No Show," and no refund will be issued.
If service is denied for failing to meet requirements (including age, health, or documentation), no refund will apply.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

PORT FEE (Pier & National Park Fee)

What is the Port Fee?

The Port Fee is a mandatory fee charged at the pier for passengers boarding boats for island tours. Depending on the route, it can include the official pier usage fee and (when applicable) the entry rights to a protected National Park area, plus an accident insurance component.

Weather and Sea Conditions

Only official port closures by maritime authorities (DIMAR) qualify for rescheduling or a full refund.Personal decisions not to attend based on weather app forecasts are considered No-shows and are non-refundable if the operation is cleared to depart.
