The reservation will be confirmed with the payment of 100% of the contracted value and the balance must be paid no later than 10 days before departure. No boat can leave the dock without having paid 100% of the reservation.
If due to natural conditions it is not possible to make the trip, the client may reschedule a new departure or request the full refund paid. Rain is not an impediment to navigation, so it will not be a valid cause for cancellation of the reservation unless there is a red flag that forbids navigation.
Any deduction or reimbursement due to complaints and claims must be made by mutual agreement between the company and the agency provided the company has been informed during the provision of the service or 3 days after the end of the service. All reimbursement will be made to the person or company and by the method in which the payment was made.


Cancellations up to 15 days in advance, 50% of the total trip will be refunded. Cancellations less than 15 days in advance and cases of "no show" will not give rise to a refund.
